THE LATEST UPDATE REGARDING THE RIPPLE

We are excited to announce that our Ripple V2 paddle has received full USAP PBCoR.43 approval for its three shapes: R1.14, R2.14, and R4.14. A public release is scheduled for May 30, 2025. We truly appreciate USAP’s assistance and support throughout this process, which has been invaluable in ensuring our paddles consistently meet legal limits. Furthermore, we’ve gone beyond the current requirements by conducting Accelerated Break In (ABI) testing, confirming that our paddles remain within legal standards even after this rigorous process. To prevent any confusion in the market, all previous Ripple versions will be voluntarily removed from the USA Pickleball approved paddle database, effective July 1, 2025.
RIPPLE REFRESH
We are grateful for everyone that participated in our extensive Ripple beta testing. To express our appreciation, we are offering the Ripple Refresh program to our participating members who purchased and still own the Beta Ripple as an opportunity to upgrade to the latest Ripple V2 at a reduced price. This opportunity will begin on May 16, 2025 at noon ET for Ronbus Connect members.
Who is eligible?
All current xPRO, Executive, and Ronbus Connect members that purchased the Ripple.R1.14 or Ripple.R2.14 beta testing units in brand new condition from Ronbus between 9/15/24 and 1/31/25 are eligible. Members must have current possession of the paddle and submit a claim form with a valid order and serial number. Anyone who purchased a new Beta Ripple from an authorized distributor will need to contact their distributor before June 15, 2025 to take advantage of the Ripple Refresh program.
How does it work?
- Please fill out the claim form: https://forms.gle/MnU9JvUbDsDcK92f8. You must fill out a separate form for each individual paddle you wish to refresh.
- Once your form has been verified, you will receive a unique discount code via email. This single-use code will provide 50% off the corresponding Ripple V2 model, putting the final price at $140. This code is only eligible for the particular model that matches your original order. For example, if you filled out the form for Ripple.R1.14, then your code is only eligible for the new Ripple V2 R1.14. The code may only be used by you while logged into your account and can not be combined with any other discount codes. The code will expire on June 15, 2025.
- Starting on May 16 at noon ET, the Ripple V2 paddles can be found in the member section of the Ronbus website.

Can Refresh paddles be sold?
The program is designed for those who plan to use the Ripple V2 for their own personal use. Ripple Refresh paddles may not be resold until the Ripple V2 has been released publicly on May 30, 2025. Please note that warranty only applies to the original owner and will not transfer if the paddle is sold. Any member found in violation of these terms may be removed from the program.
When will my order ship?
We will be prioritizing our Ripple Refresh program. All refresh orders will ship within 3 business days.
PREORDERS
When can I order a Ripple V2?
Members who did not purchase the Beta Ripple, or no longer have the Beta Ripple in their possession, will be allowed to pre-order the paddle. Ripple V2 R1.14, R2.14, and R4.14 will be available on May 16, 2025 at noon ET.

Members are limited to only one paddle of each model for pre-orders. Since codes can not be used for preorders, the paddles will be priced at $234. That is the price equivalent to using your code to earn $20 off plus the additional 10% typically earned in store credit. Orders will not be shipped until the public release on May 30, 2025. If there are not enough paddles in inventory to fill all the preorders, they will be filled in the order they were placed as the inventory becomes available. The general public will not be allowed to pre order.

The release of the Ripple has been a much longer process than any of us expected. We are thankful for your patience as we navigated through highs and lows for over two years to bring this paddle to the public.
