Browsing the site

Sevenfoot is a static website. It sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics services or advertising networks. There are no user accounts, forms or comments.

Fonts and images come from the site's own server. We do not embed third-party content.

Hosting and connection data

We use Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, to protect the site and deliver pages quickly. Cloudflare processes connection data, including:

  • Your IP address.
  • The time of the request.
  • The requested address.
  • Browser data.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, fast website delivery under Article 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Cloudflare may process this data in the United States. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and EU standard contractual clauses apply.

Information entered into tools

The tools run in your browser. What you enter is processed on your device and is not sent to us. The paddle tools load a copy of the approved paddle list from this site when you first use them. The tools use these inputs:

  • The Paddle Approval Checker uses the brand or model text you type and the thickness, shape and face filters.
  • The Paddle Finder uses your level, playing style and an optional answer about a sore elbow or shoulder. It does not request medical history.
  • The Score Caller uses the game type, the target score and which side won each rally.
  • The Skill Level Self-Check uses the descriptions you pick for six areas of play. It does not collect DUPR credentials or an account identifier.
  • The Court Planner uses the length and width of your space and the length of a tape roll.

Email and retention

If you email us, Cloudflare Email Routing forwards your message to the operator's mailbox at Google (Gmail). Google participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We use your email address and the information in your message only to answer your inquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR also applies where the inquiry concerns a contract or steps requested before entering one.

We delete the correspondence when the conversation is finished and no legal retention duty applies.
